This is a cold-formed steel structure housing, facing the sea, modern style.
We can also design as you required.
This house is designed for vacation use in an island country and has 56.2 square meters of interior area and a total area of 76 square meters.
There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, dining room and living room connected to the outdoor terrace, so you can walk out and enjoy the sea view at any time. The windows and doors are large to easily circulation air.
In addition, with the elevated design, the downstairs can be used for parking or picnic rest, a shady resting place, and to prevent the sea water from entering your room.
Free design is available for customers.
The external & internal walls are filled with fiber glass wool, to achieve a good thermal performance.
